How much do you charge for shipping?
We provide Free Tracked Shipping on all orders across Europe, North America, and selected international destinations. Every order comes with an active tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Will I be charged any customs, VAT, or duty fees?

For EU orders under €150: No. The price you see at checkout is the absolute final price—VAT is fully included, and there are no extra customs fees or unexpected charges upon delivery.

For orders over €150 & Non-EU countries (including UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada): Any local customs duties, VAT, or import charges applied by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
When will you ship my order?
All orders require a processing time of 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to prepare, quality-check, and hand over your package to the carrier before dispatch.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated total delivery time (Processing + Transit) varies by region:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. Please note that it may take 2 to 3 business days for the tracking status to update in the system. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days, feel free to contact us at support@beesoffpeak.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once fulfillment and package preparation have started, the order can no longer be canceled. Please contact us immediately at support@beesoffpeak.com if you need to make changes.
